Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Applications for Personal Loan (Secured or Unsecured)
  • Applications for Bridging Finance

We use the information that you have given us in order to introduce your loan enquiry to our partners.

We may share this information with our introducing partners:

  • loan.co.uk limited.
  • fluent money limited.

Where you tell us you are happy to receive information from us, we may send you communications via email on products, services and information that may be of interest to you.

 How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

For completed loan applications, we keep Name, Address and Contact Email for the duration of the loan. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting from our database.

For loan enquiries, we keep Name and Contact Email for a duration of 12 months. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting from our database.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
